We purchased our Lance from North Country in spring 2022. We were very pleased with the sales and service, walk through and preparation that we received. We had one very minor issue and service did an excellent job. We've been traveling since then off and on and have had no issues related to dealership or the Lance. We highly recommend this dealership.

Ok, I gotta admit I was kind of of newby when I purchased a Lance 1545 from Northland in Feb 2020. One month before the pandemic hit and I picked it up about a week before the lock down. Minor problems with the trailer, the awning stopped working after about a month but not a big deal as they fixed it under warrantee and that was the only problem. I decided to upgrade in 2021 and traded in the 1545 for a Lance 1985 as I decided I wanted a larger trailer. Traded in the 1545 and was all set. Went into make the final payment and the guy who finalizes the deal said the sales person made a mistake and the quoted offer was about $4000 too high due to something so instead of paying $29k the final offer was reduced $25K for the trade in offer. That was super cool. I kinda thought even getting a new trailer was going to be tough but they caught the mistake and I ended up with a much better deal. Ive also has some service stuff going on and Stacy is really good routing me to the technicians they have on staff and theyre always personable and knowledgable with advise and maintenance. I think the great thing about Northland and the owners Stacy and Kevin is with service and sales they make the entire process easy and comfortable. I highly recommend Northland.

I was left hanging by a dealership in Michigan, Was traveling to SD to pick up a used Lance Truck camper and needed the tow brackets and wiring harness for my new camper. I called North Country while I was leaving MI (slightly panicked) looking for parts! Brian was AWESOME had the necessary parts and allowed me to pay for them and pick them up in the middle of the night by his gate! They saved the day! I will travel the 11 hours any day for my Lance needs and if i'm ever in need of a new camper they will be my first stop for shopping! This is the BEST RV dealer experience I have ever had and I still haven't met them in person!

We had been thinking about purchasing a travel trailer for awhile now, after renting a number of times the last few years. I drove by North Country RV one day and saw the Connect brand of travel trailer which I had not seen before. I stopped by and talked to a salesman named Paul. He just answered questions with no pressure at all. I looked at several models than left. I told my wife to drop by the next day after doing more research on this brand. She was impressed by the quality and price. This is a local business that I wanted to give my business to. We then purchased the Connect C241RLK. We had Wayne in service do a walk through explaining how everything worked and he did a great job. He had mentioned that there was water in the tank and the lines and to make sure it was heated at night due to freezing weather in the forecast. We took our new toy home and were very excited. The next day was our anniversary and we woke up to a broken kitchen faucet due to the heater not being on, therefore freezing had occurred. It was a big purchase for us and under all the excitement we didnt realize the heat had been turned off and we never turned it on. I called the next day and talked to Brian Rignell. He told me to bring it back in and hed take care of it. I brought at 9:00 am the next day and by 2:00 in the afternoon I was called to tell me the work was completed. I returned and picked up our travel trailer and they didnt charge us a dime. That act of kindness from this dealer has earned by business for years to come!

So, we brought our unit into have a couple of things fixed. These were issues that were pretty much discovered in the PDI. We purchased at Schapp's RV Travel Land in Sioux Falls, SD. Yes, we drove 4 hours to pick up our 2285.
The service is being done at North Country RV, in Ham Lake, MN. NC RV has been awesome. They fixed all the issues and even discovered that our unit is involved in the Dometic oven/stove recall. They are ordering the parts and will let us know when they arrive. The service manager stated that the fix only takes like 20 minutes. Easy....Breezy!!!

I would add my voice to others who have shared their positive experience with North Country RV in Ham Lake, MN.We saw the unit we wanted on their website and called to confirm the availability and price. We also discussed our trade-in unit and were given a probable trade-in amount, sight unseen, if our unit was as we described. Their figure was in line with others we'd received.We submitted a down-payment and set a date for delivery. We drove the nearly 500 miles from Missouri to the dealership the day before delivery and completed all the paperwork. That night, the dealership was struck by lightning and lost their power and communicaiton systems. Later the next day, with power restored, they completted the PDI and we hitched up and headed back home.On our first weekend campout, we encountered a couple of problems. The unit's battery boiled over, and the tank flush valve broke. The tank flush valve was located up behind the shower handles and so we took the unit back for the warranty work. We could have taken it to another dealer some 150 miles away, but knowing how many dealers put you at the bottom of their service list if you didn't buy it from them, we chose to go back to North Country RV because they only service their customers, and they provide a date for you to bring it in. We dropped it off late afternoon the day before we weere scheduled and they took it right back to their service area to get started. At 1:00 pm the next day we were notified our unit was ready. The battery caused a bit of confusion. When it boiled over while we were camping, we had to purchase a new one before heading back home. Evidently, the manufacturer's warranty required the bad battery be returned to the dealership in order for them to be reimbursed for the replacement. Us, not knowing that requirement, had left the old battery with the RV service firm we got the new battery from. Even though North Country RV would not get reimbursed, they still reimbursed us for the cost of the new battery.I know this has been a bit long, but I felt it was necessary to show that North Country RV takes care of their customers! I highly recommend them.

So I might be a rare occasion, but I came in on a Saturday with a tire that had been completely shredded while I was driving out to a campground. No, I did not buy my camper from here. I stopped here because I needed help. Even though I did not buy my camper from this amazing place, but I was treated with so much respect that I will be doing my business with them in the future. The person that helped me out bent over backwards helping me find a place to replace my tire. If you want a place that the people treat you with respect and will talk to you and not at you, go here. We had purchased a previous trailer from Shorewood RV on Highway 10 and discovered they were lying to us about the price of a unit we were interested in. A friend referred us to North Country RV and we've been happy ever since. They were honest about the unit cost and their markup. They have always given us great service when needing repairs, covering items under warranty whenever possible even when the damage was our own fault! We've dealt with numerous RV dealers around the Twin Cities and NONE compare with the integrity of No. Country in Ham Lake just north of Blaine. They gave us the best deal and they LISTENED to what we wanted and did not try to sell us what they wanted to get rid of!!
We took our old unit to them to be repaired more than once & they did excellent work in a timely fashion.
I have recommended No Country RV to many friends. If you want to be treated with respect, you'll want to go here first. We found a 5th wheel we liked at Hilltop RV in Fridley and thought about purchasing it but they were high on the price and would not budge to make the sale. So glad we went back to our favorite North Country RV. Brian, in the repair shop is so knowledgable and has taught us so much about our RVs. You'll regret if you deal with anyone else.Anonymous -
